I was joined by Warren and Ben to perform at this lovely wedding at Ashorne Hill in Warwickshire. One of my favourite things about performing at weddings is getting to see lots of really grand buildings, some hundreds of years old. Warren and myself arrived to set up before everyone arrived. We performed our duo set during the drinks reception, then packed everything down and set up in the next room to play a softer set during the wedding breakfast. While the guests were listening to speeches we packed away again and moved into the bar area to set up ready for the evening trio performance. Ben, our bass player turned up just in time so he didn't have to carry anything heavy, crafty. We had pre learned the Red Hot Chili Peppers song 'Funny face' for the first dance of the new Mr & Mrs.
Albeit a long and tiring day for us it was extremely enyoyable! We were happy to play such a major part in the day.
